CaptionFlow is an AI-powered platform that generates social media captions, hashtags, and call-to-action phrases for various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter). The Service utilizes artificial intelligence models from OpenAI and Google to create content based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

CaptionFlow offers both Free and Pro subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 caption generations per day
• Pro Plan: Unlimited caption generations with advanced features

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content generated by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CaptionFlow. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

All content generated by the AI models through your use of the Service belongs to you. You may use, modify, and distribute this content as you see fit.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CaptionFlow, a CaptionFlow employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
• To interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks connected to the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CaptionFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CaptionFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

While we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. See our Refund Policy for more details.
